Returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The items must be unworn and in new, unused condition.
  • Items should not be washed.
  • The items must be returned in their original barcoded polybag.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and inform you whether your refund or exchange has been approved.

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

If your return/exchange does not pass inspection, we will send the item back to you.
